• Two bedroom house – £110
• Three bedroom house – £120
• Four bedroom house – £130

Commercial Premises Electrical Test & Inspection:

Meets current UK electrical regulations- BS7671

2 floor business ,for example:

• Restaurant or Hairdresser – £100 to £400. Certificate valid up to 5 years( if the results are satisfactory)
• Typical test completed in one day while the business is open and working.
• Small commercial unit -£100 to £450 . Certificate valid up to 5 years(if the results are satisfactory)
• The price depends on how many circuits there are to test.
